The airport’s Terminal 2 houses two lounges with wireless connection to the internet.

Terminal 1 has eight conference rooms, all equipped with the essentials as well as with a fax and a copy machine.

The Paris airport offers a wide range of shops, restaurants and cafes, as well as many Duty Free shops.

Mobile phone rental

You can rent a mobile phone right after your arrival at the Paris airport, so that you may communicate and that others may communicate with you in France. This service offers you the use of a national call number.

You can receive calls from out of France without an extra charge, have coverage for all Europe and make phone calls immediately after your arrival in France. If you already carry a mobile device of your own, you can simply rent a SIM card.

Information Desks

In the public area of each terminal, Aeroports de Paris staff provide you with information and guides, airport maps and tourist guides.

Tourist Information points

Culture, Entertainment, Excursions and Hotels: the Aeroports de Paris Tourist Information points offer you all the services you need to make the most of Paris and the Ile-de-France region. You will find a Tourist Information point at Paris-Orly in the West and South terminals, in the public area.

Safe handover service

A service where keys or identity documents can be left to be handed over to a passenger.
Open throughout the year, 7 days per week from 06:30 to 22:00. Located at Paris-Orly South, in the public area, on the ground floor near the terminal manager’s office.

Leather care

Renapur stands offer free treatment for your shoes, leather clothing, leather goods etc. as well as selling leather care products.

Health centres and pharmacies

The health centres are medically-equipped areas for emergencies and special care.
Apart from the usual products offered by a pharmacy, some have developed a “Travel Pharmacy” corner, a health area specializing in preparation for journeys.

Multimedia terminals

These new-generation terminals are true digital centres, fitted with blue tooth and USB ports. Payment can be made by bank card, cash or telephone cards.
